Sprout Concept Member Terms
Sprout Concept Inc. reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, suspend accounts, prevent the application of a Promotion, remove or edit content or products, cancel orders at any time and in our sole discretion, and/or take any other legal action available to us under the Terms or at law, including, without limitation, if we believe that your conduct violates the Terms, applicable law, is harmful to our interests, or is against, without limitation, the spirit of the Terms, the Sprout Concept Services, the Sprout Concept Sites, or a particular Promotion.
All indicated prices exclude the applicable taxes. Unless otherwise exempted from paying sales taxes and depending on provincial location, a 5% G.S.T. or 13% H.S.T. will be applied to all invoices. In the province of British Columbia, a 7% P.S.T. will be additionally applied if the customer is not qualified for the P.S.T. exemption.
Sprout Concept only ships within Canada. We do not ship to outside of Canada and protectorates. All orders fulfilled by third parties. Shipments are delivered by Canada Post, UPS®, FedEx®, or other private couriers (“Delivery Service”). We will share your delivery information (name, location/address, and phone number) with the Delivery Service for the sole purpose of facilitating the delivery of your Sprout Concept order to you. The exact delivery date of your order may depend on several factors, including, without limitation, the date and time you place your order, the schedules and processes of our shipping partners, holiday schedules, weather, and other factors. Even though we try to anticipate delays, we cannot predict or always prepare for delays caused by carriers, mistakes in delivery or shipment information, changes to orders, strikes, bad weather, or other similar circumstances. Your order may arrive in one or several boxes over the course of one or more days. If there is a delay, we will do whatever we can to help move things along, although we cannot promise we’ll be able to resolve the delay. When you receive your order, remember to use discretion when lifting boxes and removing items. From time to time, we receive requests to pack orders in multiple boxes. We cannot guarantee that we can or will fulfill such requests. Sprout Concept is not responsible for orders that are lost or stolen. Acceptance And Delivery
We shall not be responsible for any delay in our performance beyond our control or beyond the control of our suppliers. The parties agree that, unless otherwise agreed to in writing and signed by both parties, shipping dates are approximate and that time is not of the essence. We shall ship merchandise ordered by you within 180 days or cancel the order for such merchandise. Unless and until you cancel an order, you consent to the backorder or delay in shipping of merchandise of up to 180 days. If an item is backordered, you may cancel such order at any time by providing notice of cancellation to us.
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we will only accept returns and/or exchanges on products that are in its original packaging and unopened. Please contact us for return inquiries within 7 days of receiving your product. Please note that shipping cannot be refunded and the customer bears the cost of the shipping back to Sprout Concept Inc. Although we stand behind the quality of the products we sell, we do NOT extend any WARRANTIES. We only accept returns on manufacturers’ defective products. You must obtain an authorization from one of our company representatives prior to returning goods. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Unless it is a shipping error on our part, the return shipping charge is the responsibility of the customers.
Receiving Damaged Merchandise
If you have received damaged transportation box(es), it’s very important to write it down on the carrier’s bill. If not, it will be impossible to claim damaged box(es) to the carrier company and to proceed your credit. Please take note that we may ask for pictures.
Any shipping or billing error must be reported within 7 days of receiving your product.
